Consultancy work can be deducted from your Privilege contract.
We offer an evaluation service for your existing site and/or your site requirements on a flat-fee basis. The evaluation includes the usability of your site, its
efficiency in terms of bandwidth and responsiveness, its compatibility with the primary browsers and mobile devices. The in-depth evaluation also looks at search engine
positioning and optimisation, key word usage and link popularity.
Following on from this exercise, we can establish a quotation which, if accepted, will include the price of the initial evaluation.
The quotation will take into account numerous factors (number of pages, static/updatable, graphics creation, etc.) so it is not possible to quote standard rates here.
Having said that, rest assured that we always quote on a flat-fee basis - even if the work takes longer than expected, you won't be asked to pay any more than the quote.

process and the written statement of requirements from the client. That's why the first step in any project is the analysis and written specification.
We offer this service to evaluate your requirements on a flat-fee basis and deliver a statement of requirements (which you own) and a costed quotation. You are then
free to choose who will actually do the work, but should you choose us, the cost of the evaluation will be reimbursed.
The varied nature of works means it is not possible to give figures here, however all our quotes work on a flat-fee basis - even if the work takes longer than
expected, you will not be asked to pay extra.

Pre-Pay Plan
For our customers with a lesser IT usage and dependency, we offer a monthly payment plan which helps against nasty surprises and keeps your maintenance budget
under control. You choose the amount to pay each month (12.50 € minimum). Each monthly payment is valid for a year. When you call upon us, the amount already
paid (and still valid) is deducted from the bill which will also benefit from a 10% reduction on the standard price.
This plan is only available to sole-traders and the self-employed with less than 3 employees.
Privilege Plan
The donfi.com difference is that we act as a partner in your business in it for the long term. We offer an original payment plan similar to that used by mobile
telephone companies. The advantages of the Privilege Plan include:
